Bu atölyede amacımız "kimseye ihtiyacım yok" diyen, duvarları olan yalnız savaşçılar yaratmak değil. Amacımız, hem derinden sevip hem de özgür kalabilmenin mümkün olduğunu göstermek.

Bu atölyeye katılmalısın, çünkü burada şunları keşfedeceğiz:

  • Sınır Çizme Sanatı: Partnerini kırmadan, sevgiyle ama net bir şekilde "hayır" diyebilmenin ve kendi kişisel alanını korumanın yollarını öğreneceğiz.

  • Ağırlık Merkezini Geri Almak: Mutluluğunun ve değerinin anahtarını partnerinin cebinden çıkarıp, ait olduğu yere; kendi cebine koymayı pratik edeceğiz.

  • Fedakarlık ile Kendini Feda Etmek Arasındaki İnce Çizgi: Sağlıklı bir uzlaşma ile kendini yok saymak arasındaki o görünmez çizgiyi netleştireceğiz.

  • Kendi Köklerini Güçlendirmek: Sen, bu ilişkiye başlamadan önce de vardın ve tamdın. O unutmaya yüz tuttuğun hobilerini, arkadaşlıklarını ve "seni sen yapan" özellikleri yeniden canlandıracağız.
